Thank you for your interest in trading with me in 2012 - the
application form is now online.
This year I shall be involved in organising stalls for the
following events:
Food trading
Reading Festival Campsites 24th -

Non-food trading
Isle of Wight Festival 22nd -
24th June
BBC Radio 1 Big Weekend 23rd -
24th June
T in the
Park 6th - 8th July
Latitude Festival 13th -
15th July
V Festival (Weston) 18th and
19th August
Reading
and Leeds Festivals 24th - 26th
August
The BBC Radio 1 Big Weekend at Hackney Marshes is tied into the
Olympics in 2012, and will be twice the size of past years.
T in the Park and V Festivals are new ventures for me, while
Isle of Wight, Latitude and Reading/Leeds are well- known events
with good trading history.
To apply for any of these events please follow the link
below and complete the attached application form, indicating which
events interest you. While you only normally need one
application for pitches at all the different events, if there is
any change in specification for a particular event, you should make
a separate application. For example if you normally have a 6m
stall with 4 staff at most events , but as that stall will be at
Reading, and you want to bring a 4m stall with 3 staff to Leeds at
the same weekend, you need to make a second application for Leeds.
If you want two stalls at one event please make two
applications.
I would look to receive applications in January and February,
and make offers towards the end of March. If you have any

The cost of each stall varies individually
based on the information in the application, the festival you apply
for, and the location on site.
The type of organisation wishing to trade, the
frontage and footprint required, the type of stall, what they are
selling, the number of staff and the services required all
influence the price.
